The Pullman Room, with its nostalgic railroad decor, was a spacious haven complete with a heavenly KING size bed and antique writing desk. the location, amidst the charming history of St Augustine, was perfect for exploring the city without ever moving the car. Melissa and Robin, the innkeepers, made us feel like family with their cheerful hospitality, and the breakfast was beyond delicious, complemented perfectly by sweet tea and cookies in the afternoon. We enjoyed lounging on the shaded veranda and savoring the tranquility of the neighborhood. the Southern Wind's blend of historic charm and modern comforts, like central air and free WiFi, truly made our stay memorable. the gift certificate toward a future stay is a thoughtful touch and a perfect gift idea for any special occasion. This family-owned B&B is a hidden gem in the heart of St Augustine, offering a unique and cozy experience that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a blend of history, comfort, and warm hospitality.
